What is Positivitea?
One in five individuals—about 20%—will encounter mental health challenges at some point in their lives. These issues can profoundly affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Many individuals facing these challenges often feel isolated and struggle to find someone to talk to, highlighting the urgent need for support and connection.
Participants will gain insight into the common experiences associated with mental health challenges as they undergo active listening training, to support mental health needs worldwide. After the event, participants will be certified listeners and can continue volunteering as a 7Cups listener, providing compassionate support to those in need.
